Springfield Township police are warning residents about a scam targeting TD Bank customers in Pennsylvania. Fraudsters send fake security text messages claiming an account is compromised, leading victims to click a link that grants attackers access to their devices and account details. Victims are then instructed to withdraw cash and hand it over to individuals in parking lots under the guise of bank security operations. TD Bank is currently assisting affected customers with fraud claims.
