Bitwise Launches First U.S. Spot NEAR ETF with Staking Rewards

Bitwise has launched the Bitwise NEAR ETF (NRR) on the NYSE Arca, marking the first spot NEAR ETP in the United States. The fund aims to capitalize on NEAR's role in the AI agent economy and includes an internal institutional-grade staking mechanism targeting approximately 5% in annual yields. Bitwise warned investors of high volatility and risks associated with staking, including potential slashing and liquidity constraints.
