Ondo Finance CEO Sees Potential for Perpetual Futures in the U.S. Market

Ondo Finance CEO Nathan Allman stated that existing U.S. regulations could potentially allow for the launch of single-stock perpetual futures without requiring new legislation. While he noted that the company has suggested that the SEC and CFTC evaluate such instruments under the security futures framework, he did not confirm plans to launch Ondo Perps in the U.S. Currently, the product remains available only to non-U.S. users.
