Kakao Pay Securities partners with Ondo and Dinari for Korean stock tokenization

Kakao Pay Securities has signed memorandums of understanding with Ondo Finance and Dinari to explore the tokenization of South Korean stocks for overseas retail investors. The initiatives are currently in the technical verification and research phase, with no set timeline for commercialization. The project aims to utilize omnibus accounts to hold underlying assets while issuing tokens for global distribution.
