President Trump Signs Executive Order Launching America.gov Portal

President Trump has signed an executive order establishing America.gov, a centralized portal for federal services. The platform integrates Login.gov for authentication and aims to streamline access to government services, including passport renewals and Medicare enrollment. Agencies are required to migrate high-volume online services to the portal, excluding sensitive defense, intelligence, and IRS tax filing systems. The initiative incorporates AI technology while maintaining traditional service channels and implementing data privacy protections.
