BTSE Secures Digital Asset License in Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City

Crypto exchange BTSE has received a financial services license from the Gelephu Financial Services Office (GFSO) in Bhutan. The license authorizes the company to operate a multilateral virtual asset trading facility and provide institutional-grade custody services. BTSE plans to begin onboarding users in the coming weeks, initially supporting BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT spot trading pairs, with further expansion planned in phases.
