REX, Osprey File Updated SEI Staking ETF With Oct. 23 Effective Date

REX Shares and Osprey Funds updated their SEI staking ETF filing with the SEC, setting an effective date of Oct. 23. The amendment only resets the effective date for a previously filed post-effective amendment; the funds covered include SEI, SUI, HYPE, NEAR, AAVE, ADA, ATOM and AVAX staking ETFs.
