Blockchain.com Targets $6 Billion Valuation in Upcoming IPO

Blockchain.com is planning an IPO to raise around $500 million, with a target valuation of $4 billion to $6 billion. The company previously reached a $14 billion valuation during the 2022 market peak. Having confidentially filed draft registration documents with the SEC in May, the firm is moving forward as crypto capital markets show signs of thawing, despite the poor performance of other recently listed crypto firms like Gemini, BitGo, and eToro.
