Yorkville Plans Expansion into Digital Asset ETFs Following Acquisition

Yorkville America, the manager of the Truth Social ETF, is nearing an acquisition to expand its product line into digital assets and macro strategies. CEO Steve Neamtz announced plans to launch approximately 12 new ETFs in the coming months. Additionally, the firm is launching the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on the NYSE, focusing on AI-related companies including Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI, SpaceX, Micron, and SanDisk.
