CoinScoopBitGo Acquires NYDIG's Institutional Trading Business
Crypto custody leader BitGo has acquired the institutional trading business of NYDIG. The deal is valued at approximately $42.5 million, consisting of $7 million in cash and 5.93 million shares of BitGo stock, valued at a reference price of $5.9829 per share.
