YMTC Plans 25% Production Boost to Lead NAND Market by 2027, Eyes Q4 IPO

Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC) is set to increase its annual NAND flash memory production capacity by nearly 25%, aiming to reach 2.51 million wafers by 2027, up from 2.01 million in 2026. To support this expansion and secure necessary capital, the company is reportedly preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) in the fourth quarter.
