NEAR Co-Founder Confirms Services Restored After BSC USDT Exploit

NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin announced that NEAR Intents and near.com have been restored following a $3.8 million exploit. The attack targeted a vulnerability in the interaction between Omni infrastructure and NEAR Intents smart contracts, affecting only USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). The core NEAR protocol and NEAR tokens remain unaffected, and affected users will be fully compensated.
