NIGHT Token Rallies Amid Privacy Network Competition with Zcash

NIGHT, the native token of the Cardano-linked privacy network Midnight, saw a price increase of over 60% between September 24th and October 1st, rising from $0.0244 to $0.0392. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson recently suggested the project has the potential to compete with Zcash (ZEC). Despite the recent rally, NIGHT remains 98% below its all-time high of $1.81 recorded in December 2025.
