Zcash Integrates Udon Component to Advance 50,000 TPS Goal

The Zcash development team has integrated Udon, a core component of the Project Tachyon scaling initiative, into the Zakura Common cryptographic library. While Udon is now available as a software release, the full Tachyon upgrade remains in development and requires further security audits. The project aims to achieve over 50,000 private transactions per second by utilizing proof aggregation to reduce node workload, though current network usage remains significantly below this long-term capacity target.
