SBI Holdings Completes Acquisition of bitbank

SBI Holdings has finalized the acquisition of cryptocurrency exchange operator bitbank, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction was completed following the acquisition of shares previously held by MIXI and Ceres. Additionally, SBIVC Trade President Kondo has been appointed as a director at bitbank.
