Circle Launches Developer Kits for Stablecoin Lending and Payments on Arc

Circle has released three developer kits for its Arc blockchain, enabling applications to integrate stablecoin purchases, lending, and borrowing without custom smart contracts. The Onramp Kit allows USDC and EURC purchases via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit cards for users in the US, UK, and EU. The Earn Kit facilitates lending via the Morpho protocol, while the Borrow Kit enables USDC loans using cirBTC as collateral. These tools, which follow Arc's September 16, 2026, mainnet launch, aim to expand Circle's infrastructure to consumer-facing applications.
