Strategy has confirmed that the annualized dividend rate for its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) will remain at 12.00% for October 2026. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor announced that the rate, which has been in effect since July 2026, will apply to the semi-monthly dividend periods throughout the month. STRC is a US dollar-denominated perpetual preferred equity instrument with a $100 par value, designed to provide priority over common stock for dividends and liquidation.
