Caroline Pham: SEC and CFTC Already Possess Authority for Digital Asset Rules

At Korea Blockchain Week (KBW), Caroline Pham stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) already have the necessary authority to establish clear regulatory rules for digital assets. She suggested that existing mandates provide sufficient grounds for such regulation.
