Digital Yuan Cross-Border Connectivity Continues to Expand

As reported by Xinhua News Agency, the Digital Yuan International Operations Center announced that 39 new domestic and international financial institutions have applied to join the Cross-Border Settlement Comprehensive Service Platform (CBETS) by the end of September, following the initial 26 signatories. The center has been optimizing CBETS to support bilateral integration with foreign monetary authorities and digital currency systems, as well as direct access for international institutions to facilitate trade and cross-border movement.
