Crypto hack losses reached $766.49 million in September, marking the highest monthly total of 2026 and a 462% increase from August's $136.3 million, according to PeckShield. The majority of the losses stemmed from two major incidents: approximately $387 million stolen from Bitget and about $320 million from the Liquid Network.
