DogeOS Launches Public Testnet for Dogecoin Ecosystem

DogeOS, an EVM-compatible application layer built on Dogecoin, has launched its public testnet. Developed by the MyDoge wallet team, the network utilizes zkVM technology and operates as an independent Layer, allowing developers to build DeFi, gaming, and prediction market applications using DOGE for transaction fees. The project does not alter the underlying Dogecoin base layer, and a mainnet launch date has not yet been announced.
