Fed's Kashkari Forecasts Additional Rate Hikes in 2024 and 2027

Federal Reserve official Neel Kashkari stated that he expects one more interest rate hike this year and another in 2027. Kashkari noted that the Fed's balance sheet is most effective near zero interest rates and suggested that reviewing balance sheet strategy is reasonable.
