Three Oregon Men Charged in Fraudulent Logistics Company Scheme

Three Oregon men, Cody James VanWinkle, Kei-Jian Buckley, and Bruce Edward Jones Jr., have been federally charged for allegedly altering stolen checks and routing the funds through a sham logistics company called Pacific Swift Logistics. The defendants pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering on September 29, 2026.
