Quant (QNT) has experienced a significant price rally, climbing approximately 178% over the past week, including a 72% single-day gain. The surge follows the September 24 announcement that The Clearing House has selected Quant to provide the interoperability and transaction management layer for its new On-Chain Money Initiative. This infrastructure aims to facilitate the clearing and settlement of tokenized deposits for financial institutions, with a scheduled launch in the first half of 2027. While The Clearing House processes over $2 trillion in daily payments through its existing networks, Quant's technology will specifically power the upcoming on-chain initiative.
