Tether Partners with Shiga to Launch Self-Custodial Financial Products in Africa and GCC

Tether has partnered with fintech firm Shiga to launch self-custodial financial products for individuals and institutions in Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Using Shiga's Wallet Development Kit (WDK), the collaboration introduces ENTA, a self-custodial wallet supporting USDT, BTC, and XAUT, and Pulse, an infrastructure solution for financial institutions to manage digital assets. Shiga is also in the process of obtaining a digital asset intermediary license in Nigeria.
