MicroStrategy acquires 1,665 BTC while prioritizing STRC share buybacks

MicroStrategy (MSTR) purchased 1,665 BTC for approximately $142.7 million at an average price of $85,700 per coin, bringing its total holdings to 847,665 BTC. During the same week, the company spent $151.7 million to repurchase its own STRC shares, exceeding the amount spent on Bitcoin. The firm also raised $246.2 million in net proceeds by selling 1.47 million MSTR shares through its at-the-market program.
