According to an 8-K filing with the SEC, Strategy purchased 1,665 BTC between September 21 and 27, 2026, for approximately $142.7 million at an average price of $85,681. The company raised $246.2 million through an ATM program, using $142.7 million for Bitcoin purchases and $103.5 million for STRC preferred stock buybacks. As of September 27, the company holds 847,666 BTC with a total cost basis of $63.95 billion. It maintains a USD reserve of $5.02 billion and USD cash of $1 billion.
