ARK Invest and Securitize to Tokenize ARK Venture Fund on Ethereum

ARK Invest and Securitize announced the tokenization of the ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX) on the Ethereum blockchain. The fund, which invests in both public and private companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Databricks, will be accessible to qualified investors through Securitize's platform. This initiative aims to expand investor access to private and public market opportunities through tokenized securities. The move follows a strategic investment by ARK in Securitize in October 2025.
