Grayscale Turns Zcash's Volatility Into Income With New High-Income ETF Filing

Grayscale filed with the SEC for a ZCSH High Income ETF, an actively managed fund targeting biweekly distributions, applying to Zcash (ZEC) the same options-selling strategy it already uses on Bitcoin and Ethereum to turn part of an asset's volatility into income. The fund would sell covered calls to fund about 26 annual payouts, capping upside while offering no full downside protection; ZEC's sharp rally and extreme volatility make the option premiums especially rich.
