Quant (QNT) rallied 300% to over $270 after The Clearing House (TCH) selected it as the technology provider for its On-Chain Money Initiative. Quant's Overledger acts as an interoperability layer, enabling banks to settle tokenized deposits across different systems. Unlike stablecoins, tokenized deposits remain bank liabilities protected by deposit insurance.
