London-listed technology firm The Smarter Web Company has placed 2,710,442 ordinary shares under a subscription agreement. The placement raised approximately 1.89 million GBP before expenses, with an issue price of roughly 0.7 GBP per share. The company expects to receive approximately 98.25% of the proceeds, with 41,213,788 shares remaining available for future placement.
