Acurast Deploys Open-Source AI Model Laya on Decentralized Smartphone Network

Decentralized computing network Acurast has deployed the open-source decision-making model Laya, developed by Convai Innovations, across its global smartphone nodes. The model performs real-time inference in 0.2 to 1 second using CPU and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). The network currently connects over 280,000 smartphones across 175 countries.
