CEO Gracy reported that the platform processed approximately 7,683 withdrawal requests totaling 3,609 BTC by 16:50 (UTC+8), with the first 6,946 transactions confirmed on-chain. ETH and USDT network withdrawals are scheduled to resume on September 29 and September 30, respectively, with full service restoration expected by October 2.
