Ethereum Whale Offloads 112,000 ETH in One Week, Realizing $72.83 Million Profit

According to monitoring by Ember, a long-term Ethereum whale or institution that held ETH for three years has sold off 112,053 ETH (approximately $300 million) to Bitfinex over the past week, realizing a profit of $72.83 million. The entity offloaded 30,825 ETH (approximately $83.03 million) nine hours ago. The whale originally withdrew 130,592 ETH from Bitfinex in 2023 at an average price of $2,026.
