Hyperliquid to Reduce Funding Rate Cap to 0.5% Per Hour

Hyperliquid founder Jeff Yan announced on Discord that the platform will lower its hourly funding rate cap from 4% to 0.5% in the next network upgrade. Yan noted that the previous cap was rarely reached in practice.
