Hyperliquid to Increase HIP-4 Deployment Limits in Upcoming Upgrade

Hyperliquid co-founder Jeff announced that the next network upgrade will raise the deployment limits for HIP-4. The maximum number of active results per deployer will increase from 100 to 200, and the daily deployment limit will rise from 500 to 1,000. Additionally, the hourly funding rate cap will be adjusted from 4% to 0.5%.
