BitMEX reopens withdrawals for users in six previously restricted regions

BitMEX has reopened withdrawal access for users in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Bermuda, Seychelles and Myanmar, allowing them to log in, complete identity verification where required and withdraw remaining funds. The move follows the exchange's Sept. 23 shutdown and applies solely to fund recovery. Users in sanctioned regions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine remain restricted.
