Tether Partners with Pave Bank and GFTN to Launch Georgia-Singapore Fintech Scholar Program

Tether, Pave Bank, and the Global Financial and Technology Network (GFTN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 24, 2026, to establish the Georgia-Singapore Fintech Scholar Program. Starting in 2027, the initiative will select STEM undergraduates from Tbilisi State University for a semester at Singapore Management University. The program includes academic coursework, industry networking, mentorship, and capstone projects focused on the Georgia-Southeast Asia fintech corridor, with opportunities for internships and access to GFTN's global network.
