Baidu launches portable AI office tool OkWork

Baidu has launched OkWork, a portable AI office tool designed for tasks including PPT generation, AI writing, spreadsheet data analysis, and poster creation. The tool features a minimalist interface with modules for AI PPT, AI writing, AI spreadsheets, and AI image generation. It supports document-to-PPT conversion, resume and report writing, and data calculation. OkWork operates on a freemium model where certain features require AI points accessible via membership. The tool is primarily aimed at quick draft production for workplace reports, student assignments, and lesson planning, rather than large-scale document management or complex multi-user collaboration.
