Cosmos Hub Restarts Following Governance Attack Recovery

The Cosmos Hub resumed block production after a 25-hour halt intended to address a governance attack on Neutron. Upon restart, 1,227,121 ATOM were moved from the attacker's wallet to a new address. The incident stemmed from a malicious proposal on Neutron that granted admin control of contracts to the attacker. Validators are working to secure the network and manage the stolen assets.
