Aave V4 is now operational on the Circle Arc blockchain, utilizing a hub-and-spoke liquidity architecture. The initial deployment supports USDC, EURC, cirBTC, and WETH, with the market configured to serve institutional finance and stablecoin use cases. The setup features a Core Liquidity Hub that distributes liquidity to specialized spokes, including a Main Spoke and a Forex Spoke, to reduce fragmentation while maintaining distinct risk parameters.
