NEAR Releases nearcore 2.14.0 RC Featuring Protocol and Database Upgrades

NEAR has launched the first release candidate for nearcore 2.14.0, which includes significant protocol and database updates. Key changes include the removal of contract gas rewards, new limits on resolved promise input sizes, and the addition of an ml_dsa_verify host function to support ML-DSA-65 signature verification.
