Alibaba Qwen Releases Qwen3.8-Omni-Flash Model

Alibaba's Qwen has launched Qwen3.8-Omni-Flash, an omni-modal model designed for agentic capabilities, integrating native audio-visual understanding, reasoning, and tool calling. The model supports a 1 million token context window and reduces video input costs by approximately 89% compared to the previous Qwen3.5-Omni-Plus. Additionally, Qwen-MM-Plugins have been open-sourced.
