ECB President Lagarde Reportedly Intervened to Block Binance's EU License

According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde personally intervened to block Binance from obtaining a MiCA license. Lagarde reportedly urged Greek regulators to deny the application, citing concerns over the protection of the digital euro project and the rise of dollar-denominated stablecoins in Europe.
