Zcash targets November upgrade to accelerate private payments

Zcash is preparing for the NU7 upgrade in November, which aims to reduce block times to 25 seconds. The proposal also includes a provision to allocate at least 60% of transaction fees toward supplementing mining rewards starting in 2031.
