Across Protocol migrates to AcrossCo; ACX tokens to be deprecated after January 8, 2027

Across Protocol has transitioned to a new entity, Across, Inc. (AcrossCo). The ACX token will be deprecated after January 8, 2027, losing all governance and utility functions. Holders can exchange ACX before the deadline via the official portal at a valuation of $0.04375 per token, either for AcrossCo equity (subject to KYC and eligibility) or USDC. Risk Labs and AcrossCo will cease obligations related to the token after the cutoff date.
