Tunica-Biloxi Tribe partners with Kalshi to launch tribal prediction market app

The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana has launched a prediction market application through its subsidiary, SaltTrade Derivatives, powered by the regulated platform Kalshi. The project, which received a conditional no-action letter from the CFTC, allows users to trade event contracts. Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour stated that the initiative serves as a model for other sovereign tribal nations to enter the prediction market sector.
