Kamino Appoints YieldStreet Co-Founder Michael Weisz as CEO

Solana lending protocol Kamino has appointed Michael Weisz, co-founder of YieldStreet (now Willow Wealth), as its new CEO. The protocol, which currently manages approximately $1.4 billion in assets, aims to expand its presence in New York to better connect with institutional asset managers and distribution platforms. Kamino plans to establish a headquarters in New York and hire a CFO and a head of legal as part of its growth strategy.
