Celsius bankruptcy estate sues BitMEX for $495 million

The Celsius bankruptcy estate has filed a lawsuit against BitMEX operators, alleging fraud, market manipulation, and improper liquidations during the March 2020 Bitcoin crash. The suit, filed by the Blockchain Recovery Investment Consortium, claims these actions resulted in the loss of 6,360 BTC, valued at approximately $495 million at the time of filing.
