Bitcoin analyst Willy Woo reported that Coinbase experienced increased selling pressure following the failed procedural vote on the CLARITY Act, with its Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) dropping to approximately -6,659 BTC. Conversely, Binance saw its CVD recover from lows to -5,841 BTC, suggesting that offshore markets are accumulating. BTC recently retreated from a high of $80,560 to a low of $74,968.
